Four Tees Engineers Ltd is an established specialist steelwork contractor based on the south coast offering a national service.
Founded in 1982, FTE has grown into a highly competent privately owned steelwork contractor; directly employing 50 people and supporting as many again in our supply chain.
We offer a complete range of services from design, detailing and fabrication, to site assembly and installation. We provide new and repair existing metallic structures in the rail, highways, marine engineering and water treatment sectors.
We are qualified to CE mark steelwork to Execution class 3 in accordance with BSEN 1090, and we are RISQS accredited for rail works.
We are accredited under National Highways Sector Scheme 20 and are on the BCSA’s Register of Qualified Steelwork Contractors (RQSC) for bridge works.
We are well used to the demands of the safety critical nature of rail, highways and marine environments.
We have our own in-house drawing office and can deliver schemes to BIM level 2 standard.
Our experienced teams can assist from concept, through the design stage to installation. We can offer practical solutions to engineering issues to ensure projects are completed in a cost-effective manner.
We currently offer a reactive call out facility and have resources to respond quickly to unplanned requirements, be it fabrication, structural repairs or temporary works.
