Following the successful completion of an earlier project for Herbosch-Kiere in Sunderland port, we were engaged to repair and refurbish a second set of lock gates. The gates had suffered damage in recent storms leaving just one set operational to protect the port from storms. Working for main contractor Herbosch-Kiere, we helped remove and repair, blast and paint and install new timbers to the lock gates.
