Four Tees Engineers (FTE) are seeking creative engineering graduates to join our growing and market disrupting structural engineering design and construction business.
If you are graduating this year or have taken a break after previously graduating and looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to kick start your professional career, we would love to hear from you.
At FTE, one thing is certain you will not be a “Battery Engineer” isolated in an anonymous multi layered organisation. Here you will be involved in the entire scope of a project; you will earn responsibility early and manage your own projects to showcase your skills and ingenuity. Crucially you will be working in an environment where your achievements will be easily seen and recognised.
FTE are completely disrupting how structural engineering projects are investigated, scoped designed, managed and implemented. The benefits of FTE’s “Intelligent Integration” approach is being strongly recognised by customers in the diverse markets in which we work; revenue growth over 30% in the last 12 months is a testament to the forward-thinking organisation you would be joining.
You will be making an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our business from the outset. You will help us to continue to deliver increasing productivity and create more efficient and effective solutions for our customers. You will help us embed sustainability in everything that we do. For instance, our heavy engineering manufacturing and fabrication facility is already mostly powered by electricity produced on site.
By way of example one of our former graduates Hugo Wrampling-Pounsett is a project manager with his own diverse portfolio of projects. The quality of Hugo’s development training, experience and achievements at FTE has been recognised by the wider industry. Hugo has been appointed Chair of Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) “Nex Gen” and to the CECA Southern Ltd Board as a Co-opted Board Member.
If this sounds like the sort of organisation where your ambition, skills and energy will be valued please send your CV and contact details to FTE Managing Director Tim Stedman at Tim.Stedman@fourtees.co.uk by 18th April.
However, if you have only just seen this post and the closing date has passed but you are keen to apply, please share your CV as we are always looking for talented people to join us on our journey.
